The Executive Chef position at Full Scratch Kitchen is seeking an innovative and driven individual to lead our kitchen in providing the best and freshest cuisine possible. We are looking for someone who can set the industry standard with our focus on seasonal menus, state-of-the-art kitchens, and high-quality local ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Craft seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
• Manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
• Develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
• Drive and thrive on your own merits

Requirements

• Experience leading a “Full Scratch Kitchen” as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef
• The ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
• The ability to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• The ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
• Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
