About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of clinical strategies and programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Conduct research and analysis to inform treatment protocols and improve outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Provide training and education to staff and partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health or addiction treatment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health and addiction disorders
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in mental health and addiction treatment
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data management and analysis tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
