For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.

For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

About the role

Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health and addiction treatment through innovative technology and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of clinical strategies and programs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform treatment protocols and improve outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Provide training and education to staff and partners
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in mental health or addiction treatment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health and addiction disorders
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in mental health and addiction treatment

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data management and analysis tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
