Responsibilities

  • Oversee P&L for multiple manufacturing locations, ensuring profitability, cost management, and sustainable growth.
  • Drive standardization and structure by implementing best practices across all sites to enhance consistency and operational alignment.
  • Establish and track KPIs to monitor and drive plant performance, including safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize asset utilization.
  • Continuously identify and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce downtime, and enhance manufacturing capabilities while preparing for future growth.
  • Drive the adoption of technology solutions such as ERP, MES, and other digital tools for operational optimization.
  • Ensure manufacturing operations are aligned with customer expectations, delivering high quality, reliable, and responsive service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing operations with broader business goals.
  • Champion change management initiatives, fostering a high-performance, accountable workforce while mentoring and developing leadership teams to build strong succession pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, including proven ability to manage multi-site P&L responsibility.
  • Strong background in high-volume, low-margin manufacturing; packaging or printing industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven success in managing complex, matrixed organizations and working cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% to oversee and manage site operations.
