Regional Director, Oncology Treatment Site Leads (West Region)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Treatment Site Leads
• Oversee onboarding and readiness activities for treatment sites
• Monitor execution, identify performance gaps, and coach Treatment Site Leads accordingly
• Drive collaboration between Treatment Site Leads and cross-functional oncology teams
• Act as the primary point of escalation for operational challenges at treatment sites
• Translate national strategies into actionable regional plans for Treatment Site Teams
• Analyze regional performance to inform resource allocation and improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years in Sales/Account Management or field roles in the pharmaceutical industry
• 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing teams
• Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity and complex environments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems and oncology markets
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%
