Responsibilities
- Cultivating corporate sponsors, donors, and strategic community partnerships
- Developing and executing regional growth and fundraising strategies
- Building relationships with healthcare organizations, universities, and community leaders
- Representing the organization at networking events, tours, and fundraising activities
- Identifying and launching new sponsorship and revenue-generating opportunities
- Supporting the growth of fundraising events and volunteer engagement
- Managing a strong pipeline of prospects to achieve annual revenue goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, sponsorships, business development, or nonprofit leadership
- Demonstrated success generating revenue and closing partnership opportunities
- Exceptional networking, presentation, and communication skills
- An entrepreneurial and self-motivated approach to building a market
- Familiarity with CRM or donor management systems
- A genuine passion for supporting families in need
