As a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing (RDSM), you will be responsible for the overall development, execution and leadership of the Sales strategy for a given region. Long term and sustainable growth in census and revenues are the top two priorities for this position, as well as to contribute to the marketing strategy and execute in the region. This position reports directly to the Regional Director of Operations. The RDSM supports the sales counselors in the field and along with Executive Directors, evaluates their effectiveness while providing tailored one on one coaching as needed. assisting in the overall development, execution, and leadership of the sales strategy for Harmony Senior Services. This role requires four days of travel each week. Requirements Must be a resident of the state of VirginiaBachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing preferred; or equivalent sales experienceMinimum of five (5) years of successful sales leadership experience in the senior living industry Why Should You Apply?
