Responsibilities
- Develop their teams goals every month and develop a plan of success for all
- Hire new Referral Managers to build the team as needed
- Remain engaged with all Active and Prospective accounts
- Utilize oversight over their leads to ensure that they are being handled in the most effective manner
- Create a pipeline of relationships in multiple states to develop leads
- Remain engaged with all Accounts/Referral partners
- Consistently beat expectations and goals
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Maintain and exceed financial goals
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Travel to various territories to support and mentor Referral Managers (monthly)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of building relationships in a B2B sales environment
- Leadership and Management experience
- Strong team development and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions

Pay
This position is a base salary + generous bonus structure.
