You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Incorporate Trinity Health's mission and values into all leadership practices
• Develop and execute strategies for managed care and commercial payer contracts
• Negotiate contracts to align with organizational strategies and reimbursement methodologies
• Build relationships with hospital leadership to enhance service level performance and resolve issues
• Implement managed care contracts and update programs, ensuring compliance and performance improvement
• Communicate and monitor payer policy changes, providing necessary training to staff
• Regularly report on payer financial performance and collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent experience required; Master's preferred
• 8-10 years of healthcare experience with strong focus on managed care and payer relationships
• Proven contract negotiation skills essential for managing regional contracts
• Strong analytical abilities for monitoring payer performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for reporting and training
• Experience in collaborative, shared leadership environments vital for success
• Demonstrated integrity and motivational presence to align with Trinity Health values

Pay

$176,596 – $291,384 annually
