About the role

As Regional Director of Patient Care Services, you will lead and develop a team of Clinical Supervisors, ensuring they deliver safe, high-quality care in patients' homes. You will also collaborate across various departments to optimize operations and support financial performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop your team by directly supervising 4-5 Clinical Supervisors across different service modalities.
  • Coach, mentor, and grow leadership capabilities within your team through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and support accountability.
  • Drive clinical excellence by ensuring care plans align with physician orders, agency policies, and patient needs.
  • Implement best practices and standardized care delivery models, and own quality and compliance.
  • Monitor key metrics such as rehospitalization rates, patient satisfaction, timely start of care, OASIS accuracy, and star ratings.
  • Optimize operations by balancing staffing, scheduling, and caseloads to match census and acuity.
  • Collaborate with leadership on productivity, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Work closely with intake, quality, compliance, HR, and business development teams.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary care and communication.

Requirements

  • Active California RN or PT License.
  • 3+ years of management experience in home health or a related healthcare setting (within the last 5 years), including at least 1 year in a supervisory or administrative role.
  • Strong critical thinking, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid California driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.

Preferred

  • Deep clinical knowledge specific to home health.
  • Proven leadership in multi-site or multi-disciplinary environments.

Skills

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. A deep understanding of home health care processes and a proven track record of leading teams are required. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory requirements and the ability to implement best practices are beneficial.

Benefits

Pay

The starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements, ranging from $150,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually, plus a generous annual bonus of $40,000.00, paid quarterly.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible to accommodate the needs of the position and the team, with the possibility of working remotely and in-person depending on the department and patient needs.
