Regional Director of Operations (Senior Living - Extensive Travel)

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a senior-living healthcare environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct operations within multiple communities
• Communicate a resident-focused vision effectively
• Review and enhance resident satisfaction programs
• Manage Executive Directors to meet organizational goals
• Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Maximize occupancy to meet or exceed budget expectations
• Collaborate on monthly financial reporting and performance reviews
• Stay informed on industry trends and competition

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years in senior living leadership, focusing on Sales and Operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze financial and performance data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptive to technology
• Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on accountability
• Proven judgment and decision-making abilities
• Positive attitude towards client service and resident satisfaction

Pay

$165,000 – $206,250 annually
