The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for providing multi-unit leadership across the Florida region. Responsibilities
- Ensure operational excellence for all hotels in portfolio; provide support, critique and guidance to hotels falling short of brand standards and/or company expectations
- Oversee brand Quality Assurance compliance and performance, approving action plans generated by hotels
- Collaborate with Vice President of Operations and corporate team in facilitating reporting and flow of information to ownership
- Facilitate cross-regional communication to enhance operations, share best practices and leverage organizational resources
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by Vice
