LTD Hospitality Group is a second-generation, owner-operated hospitality company founded in 1983. We own and manage Marriott, Hilton and IHG hotels across Virginia and Maryland, and growing YourSpace, our own extended-stay brand, through ground-up development. The role As Regional Director of Operations, you will own the results of a region: profit, revenue, guest experience and people. You will have real authority, direct access to the C-Suite and ownership, and no layers of bureaucracy between a good idea and its execution.
