Regional Director of Operations

About the role

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is a healthcare consultancy specializing in long-term care, providing oversight to skilled nursing, residential, and assisted living facilities nationwide. As the Regional Director of Operations, you will consult with our skilled nursing facilities in northern Indiana, ensuring corporate oversight of assigned facilities. You will assist administrators with overall operations and adherence to all state and federal regulations. This position involves travel within Indiana and may require occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate oversight of assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Assist facility administrators with overall operations and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
• Develop and implement marketing plans.
• Prepare and analyze budgets and financial reports.
• Analyze and solve operational problems.
• Resolve conflicts in a positive and constructive manner.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in multi-facility oversight in the long-term care industry.
• Licensed Health Facility Administrator (HFA) in good standing in the state of Indiana.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
• Proven ability to analyze budgets and financial reports.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
