About the role
GRX Holdings, LLC, a privately held company based in West Des Moines owning 50 pharmacy locations. Our purpose is to provide consistent, quality personal service, be genuinely concerned for our patient’s health, provide our patients with needed health information and always be readily available to our patients. We are looking for an efficient, flexible, and highly motivated Registered Pharmacist to join our team as a Director of Operations, located in the state of Iowa. This position will cover Medicap Pharmacy stores throughout the state.
The Regional Director of Operations is a licensed pharmacist leader responsible for assessing, analyzing, and improving patient outcomes, operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and overall profitability for multiple pharmacy locations. Coach, train, and clearly articulate all aspects of pharmacy operations to pharmacy managers and cultivate a culture of accountability and high-performance standards across all of our locations. Provide licensed pharmacist coverage and staffing support to maintain continuity of patient care, and partner with the Vice President of Operations and President on compliance, regulatory, and legal matters. Identify and develop pharmacist and technician talent to build a strong leadership pipeline and support succession planning
