About the role

Influence strategy and performance across multiple senior living communities, partner closely with Executive Directors and regional leadership, drive occupancy growth and financial results, lead through expansion and new development.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and direction to assigned communities
• Support and mentor Executive Directors and leadership teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements
• Drive financial performance through labor management, expense control, and revenue optimization
• Review financial statements regularly and implement corrective action plans as needed
• Support occupancy growth through marketing oversight and collaboration with Community Relations teams
• Maintain resident satisfaction and address concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Conduct regular community site visits to ensure presentation, safety, and operational standards
• Aid in budget development and annual objective planning
• Partner with HR and Business Office teams on employment practices and staff performance matters
• Assist in pre-opening activities for new developments, including staffing, inspections, and operational readiness

Requirements

• Proven multi-site assisted living or senior living leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor and controllable expenses
• Demonstrated success driving occupancy and operational improvements
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel up to 75%
