Regional Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional service and quality
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and overall department performance
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with hospital goals and initiatives
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and research to inform and improve department operations

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare dietary operations, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hospital staff, patients, and families
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organization
