About the role
The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is responsible for the successful and profitable operation of multiple hotels within a designated region. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to maximize guest satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across all assigned properties.
Responsibilities
- Maximize guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth across multiple hotels
- Ensure operational excellence through strategic planning and execution
- Drive cultural transformation and foster a people-first culture at all properties
- Develop and implement systems that support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management teams and key stakeholders
- Lead talent development initiatives to build a high-performing team
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role
- Experience managing multiple hotels or properties
- Strong strategic and operational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead change and drive cultural transformation
- Relocation required to South Georgia or Montgomery / Prattville, Alabama
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, preferably in a regional or multi-property setting
- Experience in revenue management, property management, and customer service
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends

$95,000+ depending on experience
