About the role

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is responsible for the successful and profitable operation of multiple hotels within a designated region. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to maximize guest satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across all assigned properties.

Responsibilities

• Maximize guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth across multiple hotels
• Ensure operational excellence through strategic planning and execution
• Drive cultural transformation and foster a people-first culture at all properties
• Develop and implement systems that support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management teams and key stakeholders
• Lead talent development initiatives to build a high-performing team

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role
• Experience managing multiple hotels or properties
• Strong strategic and operational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead change and drive cultural transformation
• Relocation required to South Georgia or Montgomery / Prattville, Alabama

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, preferably in a regional or multi-property setting
• Experience in revenue management, property management, and customer service
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends

Pay

$95,000+ depending on experience
