Regional Director of Nursing Flint Hills Campus - Nursing Admin - FT - Day

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational direction for departments, staff and processes.
• Fosters a positive, professional atmosphere encouraging employee development and performance.
• Maintains and improves the quality of services provided to customers and regulatory organizations.
• Develops and administers capital and operating budgets, ensuring compliance with approved budgets.
• Evaluates education and training needs, develops and implements in-service programs, and oversees staff competency processes.
• Coaches and teaches staff, providing leadership and clinical expertise.
• Manages human and material resources to maximize efficiency and improve performance.
• Ensures safety of patients, visitors, and staff, complying with regulatory requirements.
• Participates in activities promoting Stormont Vail Health to the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Master's Degree in Business, Nursing, Health Care Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years clinical staff nurse experience in acute care.
• 3 years management experience.
