We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: Lexicon offers a unique combination... services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services. - Regional Construction Manager Overview: The Regional Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating with the customer, vendors, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, quality, and managing multi-site construction management activities. - Regional Construction Manager Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties. - Regional Construction Manager Qualifications: list. - Regional Construction Manager Physical Demands: list. - Lexicon Benefits: list. - This role is classified as safety sensitive... (maybe part of qualifications or responsibilities? It's a note about safety sensitive.) - Also note: "The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required." That's part of duties. - Also note: "You must be legally authorized to work in the United States for our company without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. Note: The company does not provide employment visa sponsorship." That's a qualification. - Also note: "All the physical demands listed are essential functions." That's part of physical demands. - Also note: "Overtime is required to meet deadlines." That's part of physical demands. - Also note: "Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to climb stairs, walk through the jobsite, and spend long periods of time on your feet. Must be able to travel." - Also note: "Lexicon University" appears after benefits? Actually after benefits list: "Lexicon University This role is classified as safety sensitive." Might be a note about training? Not sure. We need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role (overview) – we have overview paragraph. - Responsibilities – duties list. - Requirements/Qualifications – qualifications list. - Physical Demands – maybe separate section? Could be part of Requirements? But we have a specific Physical Demands heading allowed? The allowed headings list includes: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Demands is not in list. So we should not create a heading for Physical Demands unless we can map it to one of allowed headings. Could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? Possibly "Requirements" could include physical demands. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect we use those headings only. So we should not create a Physical Demands heading; we can incorporate physical demands into Requirements or Qualifications. Similarly, "Lexicon University" maybe part of Benefits? Not sure. Could be a training benefit. Could be part of Benefits. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: overview paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements/Qualifications: we have qualifications list (10 years experience, OSHA, detail oriented, communication skills, proficient in software, legally authorized to work, no visa sponsorship). Also maybe "Must be able to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required." Could be part of responsibilities or requirements. - Skills: maybe we can separate skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Procore, Adobe) as Skills section. - Benefits: list of benefits (Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, HSA with Employer contributions, Life Insurance, Paid Holidays and Vacation, 401k with company match, Lexicon University). Also maybe "This role is classified as safety sensitive..." could be part of Benefits? Not really. Could be a note under Requirements? Might be a separate note but not a heading. - Pay: not mentioned. - Schedule: not mentioned (except overtime required). Not specific schedule like full-time, shift. So we should not create Schedule or Pay sections. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits. Possibly also Qualifications? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications as separate headings allowed. We could split: Requirements (experience, OSHA, etc.) and Qualifications (skills, software proficiency). Or we could combine. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid too many sections. Maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). But we have both headings allowed; we could use Requirements for experience and qualifications, and Skills for software proficiency. That seems reasonable. Thus sections: - About the role (overview paragraph) - Responsibilities (duties list) - Requirements (experience, OSHA, detail oriented, communication skills, legal work authorization, overtime, punctual attendance) - Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Procore, Adobe) - Benefits (health, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, paid holidays/vacation, 401k match, Lexicon University) We also have safety sensitive note. Could be part of Requirements or maybe a note under Responsibilities? It says "This role is classified as safety sensitive. Candidates must show the capacity to proactively initiate, effectively lead, and consistently uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards. Compliance with this requirement is a fundamental condition for employment." This is a requirement related to safety. Could be included in Requirements. We also have "Lexicon University" maybe a training benefit; we already included under Benefits. Now we need to format. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Regional Construction Manager. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's none obvious besides maybe "Lexicon University" is not boilerplate. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

Check for any missing substantive info: The phrase "Lexicon University" appears after benefits list; we included as benefit. Also "This role is classified as safety sensitive..." we included under Requirements. We also need to include "All the physical demands listed are essential functions." and the physical demands list (overtime required, lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, walk through jobsite, long periods on feet, travel). We haven't included those. They are substantive. We need to incorporate them somewhere. Since we don't have a Physical Demands heading, we could put them under Requirements or maybe under Skills? Better under Requirements as they are job requirements. So add to Requirements list. Thus Requirements list will include: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial construction project management. - Must be familiar with OSHA and environmental requirements. - Must be detail oriented. - Must have excellent oral/written communication skills. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for our company without the need for current or future visa sponsorship (no visa sponsorship provided). - Must show the capacity to proactively initiate, effectively lead, and consistently uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards (safety sensitive role). - Must be able to work overtime to meet deadlines. - Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally. - Must be able to climb stairs, walk through the jobsite, and spend long periods of time on your feet. - Must be able to travel. - All physical demands listed are essential functions. We could combine some. Now check for duplication: We already have "The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required." under Responsibilities. We also have overtime under Requirements. Might be duplicate but we need to preserve all info; we can keep both but maybe we should avoid duplication? The instruction: "Remove duplicated lines." So we should not duplicate same sentence. The overtime appears both in Responsibilities and Physical Demands. We need to decide where to place it to avoid duplication. The Responsibilities list includes "The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required." The Physical Demands includes "Overtime is required to meet deadlines." and also other physical demands. We could keep the overtime mention under Responsibilities (since it's about ability to work overtime and attendance) and
