Regional Director - Lanham, Md
Position Details
Full-time, Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm, with flexibility for evening and weekend availability as needed.
Requirements
- Master's degree in management, healthcare administration, behavioral science, human services, or related field.
- Five years of progressive administrative or management experience, preferably in mental health, public health, or human services. Equivalent experience in an alternate industry will be considered.
- Ability to clear background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and mitigate region's risks, including compliance and regulatory changes, through proactive monitoring and development of action plans.
- Manage region's financial performance by analyzing reports, identifying trends, and advising on cost control methods.
- Provide strategic direction for the region, including developing and implementing business strategies and practices, and promoting a consumer-focused environment.
- Cultivate a culture of integrity, cultural awareness, and ethics among staff.

- Pay Range: $114,964 - $121,861 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience.
- Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).
- PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date).
- Sick Leave: Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).
- Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year.
- Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.

About the Role
Vesta, Inc., a thriving not-for-profit mental health organization, located throughout Maryland. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, we offer comprehensive behavioral healthcare services, including clinic facilities, day programs, and residential homes tailored to individuals grappling with mental health disorders. We are currently seeking a results-driven Regional Director to oversee our Lanham, Maryland region.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic leader with exceptional time management skills, effective communication abilities across diverse staff, and a talent for delegation to enhance operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you'll directly manage a team of 3 to 4 program directors.

Pay
Pay Range: $111,616 - $125,010 per year
