Regional Director Investments

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a regulated financial services environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

• Support regional business development and growth initiatives by collaborating with various teams
• Develop and leverage internal and external networks to enhance market presence
• Facilitate investment expertise for client meetings and proposal development
• Identify sales effectiveness gaps and partner with leadership to address them
• Monitor regional performance and develop action plans for improvement

Qualifications

• CFA designation preferred
• Typically 9+ years of investment management experience or equivalent education
• MBA or finance-related certification is an asset
• Strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities in managed accounts
• Proven success in business development and sales enablement initiatives

Pay

$116,400 – $166,400 annually
