About the role
The Regional Director (RD) oversees the performance and success of their region's team, including Regional Talent Managers, District Managers, District Talent Managers, Area Managers, and hourly employees. The RD leads with a focus on outstanding people leadership, fostering a strong, committed, engaged, and focused team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team with a commitment to outstanding people leadership
- Build highly productive teams and create a people-centric work environment resulting in high retention at all levels
- Contribute to divisional and organizational growth through effective leadership, teamwork, and cross-functional partnerships
- Drive exceptional results with each District Manager, focusing on financial success through proper budgeting, planning, scheduling, expense control, and P&L management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in managing multi-store or multi-zone operations
- Demonstrated history of building and leading high-performing teams as a leader of leaders
- Proven track record of strong business acumen, fiscal responsibility, and P&L management
- Strong understanding of managing profit & loss and controlling the levers that affect P&L
- Proven track record of identifying talent, developing people, and building strong bench strength
- Effective customer relations skills to deliver exceptional service and the ability to act quickly to solve concerns or challenges as they arise
- Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning or late night, as well as flexible schedules
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening, and/or Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the company’s driver requirements
