Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution and oversight of processes and procedures related to program regulations, client retention, staff engagement and program growth.
  • Ensures strict adherence to compliance requirements including but not limited to program regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Ensures optimal staffing and partners with talent acquisition on recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborates with Business Development to ensure resources are in alignment with growth targets.
  • Collaborates with marketing in initiatives to increase awareness of Vitra’s community reach, programs and client-centered initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance plan for Health Care Delivery is aligned with regulations and quality standards and best practices.
  • Ensures NCQA standards and requirements are reflected on clinical team practices, delivery of services and documentation.
  • Ensures process improvement initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and program requirements.
  • Ensures compliance reports and metrics meet targets and proactively work with HCD management team to identify areas for improvement.
  • In conjunction with the COO, develops and implements processes and procedures to ensure program regulations are met and clinical excellence is in the forefront of healthcare delivery.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices and collaborates with Vitra’s leadership team to implement changes as indicated.
  • Maintains a “Vitra-wide” approach to processes and change ensuring practices are uniformly implemented across Vitra Mentors and develops managers ensuring performance and feedback are aligned with professional standards and clinical excellence.
  • Continuously Identifies direct report managers’ growth opportunities and provides professional development support and coaching.
  • Fosters a positive team culture by ensuring region managers set clear expectations, facilitates comprehensive training on systems and processes, and continuously reviews patterns and performance.
  • Ensures assigned region (s) performance evaluations and coaching are delivered timely and in alignment with policies and standards.
  • Regularly analyzes key performance metrics, such as staffing template utilization, client satisfaction, client, and staff retention, and implements strategies to optimize operational efficiency and quality of care.
  • Participates in budget development and ensures it is aligned with targets.
  • Ensures EHR platform is aligned with operational need by working closely with management and IT staff.
  • Oversees Vitra’s Telehealth Hub ensuring it is aligned with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Foster culture of customer service and commitment to quality care.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Vitra reflecting our vision, mission, and values.
  • Show a genuine interest and compassion for the communities we serve.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare required, Masters preferred.
  • 6-10 years management experience required.
  • Experience building a business, delivering against ambitious targets, in a fast paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven track of quality and regulatory excellence.
  • Leadership experience managing multiple teams.
  • Conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer service mentality.
  • Able to work independently & willing to work in the Field as needed.
  • Able to travel to assigned areas required.

Physical and Environmental Demands

  • Works in a clean, well-lit environment with fluctuating temperatures in close proximity to others.
  • Requires substantial periods of repetitive work utilizing a computer, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Requires lifting and carrying equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds; require pushing and pulling equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds; require walking and standing; requires frequent sitting more than 75% of the workday; requires the ability to navigate stairs; requires visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate equipment.
