Job Responsibilities

• Establishes appropriate direction and communication to General Managers and holds location Managers accountable for execution at the venue level
• Supervises a team of General Managers for the region
• Spending 80% of the time in venues to monitor performance, provide feedback, and recognize exceptional performance
• Holds regular meetings and conference calls to communicate Company directives and reinforce policies and procedures
• Completes venue inspections as needed and provides feedback to General Managers
• Ensures attainment of budgeted sales results and controls expenses to budget
• Provides leadership to General Managers to drive sales and maximize margin
• Maintains control of controllable expenses to budget and takes corrective action as necessary
• Protects Company assets including attaining budgeted shrink results and monitoring store compliance with policies and procedures
• Manages people issues to ensure retention, training and development, and hiring standards for all team members
• Supports corporate training programs and ensures team members complete all Company directed training
• Guides and trains Management teams to develop future location managers
• Maintains team members' engagement in venues to ensure a pleasant and productive work environment
• Approves promotions, terminations, and disciplinary action as needed

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of dining theater, entertainment center or restaurant operations management experience in high-volume operation
• Minimum 3+ years of F&B management experience in a high-volume management role ideally with full-service bar and kitchen
• Proven track record of operational excellence
• Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
