Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of 4–5 multifamily communities
- Lead, mentor, and support Executive Directors and Maintenance Supervisors
- Drive occupancy, NOI, resident satisfaction, and operational performance
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, capital projects, and business plans
- Conduct regular property visits, coaching, and performance reviews
- Parenthetical with onsite teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Regional Director or Regional Property Manager experience
- Conventional multifamily experience required
- Leverage-up experience strongly preferred
- Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and variance reporting experience
- Experience with RealPage/OneSite preferred
- Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
- Willingness to travel throughout the portfolio with a home base in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area
