Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Registered Dietician or Licensed Dietetian (Master’s degree preferred).
- Food Handler’s Permit.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
- Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience working with a licensed dietician (preferred).
Job Responsibilities
- Interview residents, obtain food preferences, and complete Resident Food Profile.
- Update residents’ food preferences into the tray card database.
- Refer residents to the dietician for any nutritional or eating issues.
