We are a stable and growing employee-owned property management company with over 55 years in the real estate industry, seeking a full-time Regional Director of Conventional Communities in Camp Hill, PA.

About the role

Oversee the operational and financial management of multiple conventional apartment communities in Central Pennsylvania. This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure occupancy targets are achieved through leasing and resident retention.
  • Create value for clients by meeting NOI and revenue goals.
  • Partner with facilities and leadership teams to maintain peak performance of physical assets.
  • Oversee and contribute to the annual budget process.
  • Maintain market knowledge of competitive properties and new developments in the geographic area.
  • Prepare monthly owner’s reports and quarterly financial reviews with the SVP.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Ensure high resident satisfaction through operational execution and reputation management strategies (social media, reviews, responses).
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for communities within the assigned portfolio, ensuring proper ROI on marketing outreach.
  • Leverage internal talent, promote from within, and supplement with external hires that align with the PMI brand.
  • Manage performance issues and conduct annual performance reviews for Community Directors and site personnel.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Assist in pitching business to prospective new clients.
  • Travel is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
