Responsibilities

• Organizes and provides leadership in nursing and patient care services to attain Prime objectives and clinical goals.
• Coordinates with Regional teams to evaluate, review, and recommend optimizations for services and programs, ensuring oversight of safe patient care at the facility level.
• Provides supervision and guidance to Regional and Facility Management Teams in alignment with corporate directives.
• Creates and implements standards of care, hospital plans, policies, and equipment to ensure safe care, treatment, and services for patients.
• Collaborates with corporate and facility leaders to develop, implement, and optimize patient services and programs, overseeing Divisional and Regional initiatives.
• Participates with facility management and clinical leaders in decision-making and implements programs to measure, assess, and improve the quality of patient care, treatment, and services.
• Reviews program benchmarks and develops progressive, innovative, and proactive clinical initiatives while ensuring effective communication.
• Must be able to travel in and out of state.

Requirements

• Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse.
• At least five years of progressive experience in a leadership role as a Nursing Executive or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree in nursing or healthcare-related field required.
• Sexual Harassment education within 6 months of hire, then maintain current biennially.
• Knowledge of State, Regulatory, and Accreditation Standards.

Preferred Qualifications: MSN degree.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $192,290.00 to $289,993.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
