What You'll Be Responsible For
- Provide clinical and operational oversight for therapy departments across assigned facilities
- Support Directors of Rehabilitation and therapy teams with staffing, compliance, productivity, and program development
- Monitor clinical quality, Medicare compliance, and rehab performance metrics
- Collaborate with facility leadership to improve patient outcomes and department efficiency
- Assist with onboarding, mentorship, training, and leadership development initiatives
- Travel between facilities to provide ongoing support and operational guidance
Qualifications
- Active PT or OT license required
- Multi-site SNF management or rehab leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Medicare, PDPM, and rehab operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
