Regional Clinical Study Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Clinical Study Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee regional clinical operations for assigned studies, ensuring execution stays aligned with global plans, timelines, and budget expectations. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support trial feasibility, site selection, start-up, and recruitment activities. The position is also responsible for maintaining compliance across the study lifecycle while helping to develop and mentor members of the regional team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional clinical operations team and manage external vendors
• Ensure regional study delivery aligns with global timelines and budget
• Develop and maintain high-quality study start-up and recruitment timelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive trial feasibility and site selection
• Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations throughout the lifecycle
• Oversee regional study budgets and resource management
• Provide performance feedback and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive clinical research experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO
• Proven experience as a team lead in clinical functions
• Preferred experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline; higher degree preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Pay

$118,600 – $158,600 annually
