This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Manage regional clinical operations team and serve as escalation point for issues
  • Lead external vendors in regional study delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide regular study progress updates
  • Generate and maintain study startup timelines while tracking progress
  • Ensure operational feasibility of studies through effective site selection and collaboration
  • Monitor compliance and inspection readiness of regional study activities
  • Manage study budgets and resource needs for regional teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline required; higher degree preferred, though relevant experience may suffice
  • 5+ years of clinical operations experience, preferably in a regional role
  • Proven track record in managing complex clinical trials within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and external vendors
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and present updates accurately

Pay

$96,300 – $131,300 annually
