About the role
As a Regional Clinical Program Medical Director, you will lead a team of perioperative medical professionals to ensure high-quality patient care at the South Madison Campus of SSM Health Dean Medical Group. Your responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations, collaborating with other medical directors, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other medical directors to develop and implement regional clinical programs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to medical staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to medical staff.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in an appropriate surgical specialty.
- At least 10 years of relevant clinical experience, including perioperative management.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
