Regional Clinical Nurse Consultant (RN) – Traveling Position

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for long-term care and expertise in PointClickCare (PCC) to serve as a Traveling Regional Nurse Consultant across the Midwest. This role is ideal for individuals with a background as a Director of Nursing or Nurse Consultant who are ready to make a significant impact in multiple states, including Missouri and Iowa.

Pay

$43.26–$50.48 per hour (plus travel), based on experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday with flexibility based on community needs.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in ensuring the success of our long-term care communities across multiple states.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
• Provide expertise in regulatory, compliance, education, leadership, auditing, and training in long-term care settings.

Requirements

• Active Iowa or Compact RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
• Previous experience as a Long-Term Care Director of Nursing (DON) or LTC Regional Nurse Consultant.
• Demonstrated passion for working with the elderly.
