Regional Clinical Manager

Supported by a Nurse and Case Manager, Vitra ensures clients receive compassionate, personalized, and dignified care.

We are seeking two Regional Clinical Managers who are passionate about community engagement and helping people access the care and resources they deserve. This role provides clinical and operational oversight for assigned regions: South, West, Central, with cross-coverage of Boston and North. The position focuses on clinical excellence, staff and client satisfaction, compliance, and budget alignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processes and procedures related to program regulations, client retention, and program growth.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements, including program regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Manage and monitor budgets within areas of responsibility.
• Align client outreach and growth with care team areas of coverage, and proactively develop staffing plans to optimize care in assigned areas.
• Support marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Vitra’s quality standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to ensure processes are efficient and aligned with operational and clinical standards.
• Regularly review compliance reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to maintain compliance and clinical excellence in collaboration with clinical leadership.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures with the Regional Director and COO to ensure program regulations are met and clinical excellence is prioritized in healthcare delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and collaborate with Vitra’s leadership team to implement changes as needed.
• Maintain a "Vitra-wide" approach to processes and change, ensuring practices are uniformly implemented across the organization.
• Mentor and develop managers, aligning performance and feedback with professional standards and clinical excellence.
• Identify growth opportunities for direct report managers and provide professional development support and coaching.
• Foster a positive team culture by setting clear expectations, facilitating comprehensive training on systems and processes, and continuously reviewing patterns and performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of performance evaluations and coaching for assigned regions, in alignment with policies and standards.
• Regularly analyze key performance metrics, such as staffing template utilization, client satisfaction, client and staff retention, and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and quality of care.
• Foster a culture of customer service and commitment to quality care.

Schedule

This role requires working onsite Monday through Friday in our Boston office.
