What You'll Do

  • Develop, lead, and deliver engaging in-service training and competency programs for excellent patient care in wounds, ostomy, and continence
  • Ensure clinical education materials, policies, and training resources remain current and compliant
  • Train both field and office staff on agency processes, documentation, and clinical best practices
  • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to support high-quality patient care
  • Conduct occasional home visits for assessments, education, or clinical support as needed
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify educational opportunities and performance improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Operations and Business Development to provide community education and clinical in-services
  • Promote compliance with Medicare, state, federal, and accreditation standards
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and clinical excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Active Florida RN license in good standing
  • Current Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (WOCN) Certification (Required)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in Medicare Home Health
  • Experience providing staff education, clinical training, or mentoring preferred
  • Strong knowledge of wound care, ostomy management, continence care, and evidence-based practice
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and healthcare technology
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to travel monthly throughout the assigned region
