Previous Clinical Director experience is welcome but not required. We are open to exceptional clinicians who are ready to grow into a larger leadership role.

Active BCBA certification in good standing
Strong clinical skills and judgment
Experience supervising and supporting clinical staff preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for mentorship, leadership, and clinician development
Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
