Job Summary

EdenPath ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Maryland, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Regional Director BCBA to join our team! As a Regional Director BCBA, you will play a critical role in shaping the clinical side of our company while partnering with families to provide personalized, evidence-based therapy in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the regional office, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients and families (Remote)
  • Train a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality services
  • Develop and implement regional goals and objectives, aligning with the company's overall strategy
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with families to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to drive growth and development
  • Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to promote the company's services and mission

Requirements

  • Part-time to full-time position available
  • Certified BCBA
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with behavioral health regulations and accreditation standards
  • Ability to travel within the region, as needed
