About the role
As a Regional Clinic Director, you’ll lead and mentor a talented clinical team while continuing to learn from experienced clinicians and leaders. You’ll have opportunities to attend conferences, participate in professional development, collaborate with distinguished behavior analysts, and stay connected to clinical work. You’ll also play a key role in growing your region by building community relationships, connecting with families, and helping more children access quality ABA services.

Requirements
- Master’s degree and BCBA certification
- 3+ years of experience in a similar clinical leadership role
- A passion for mentorship and developing other clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- A collaborative, relationship-driven approach
Pay
$100,000–110,000 annual salary, plus significant ongoing clinical bonus opportunities.
