Responsibilities
- Supports operational and client metrics achievement by preparing audit reports
- Conducts internal audits on insurance KPIs and operating procedures
- Develops understanding of key client expectations and oversees performance improvement initiatives
- Works with National Account team to communicate performance and build improvement plans
- Communicates performance information to Regional leadership and assists in development of plans
- Trains market and shop leaders on WOW repair processes
- Participates in leadership calls to communicate successes and improvement plans
- Supports training and implementation of processes for new acquisitions
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 3 years in a collision repair environment or similar role
- 3 years of knowledge of Insurance Partner guidelines and Scorecard metrics
- Complete understanding of the Wow Operating Way processes
- Valid Driver's License
