Regional Cleaner

Elite Building Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Regional Cleaner to join our team. This position requires travel throughout the South Jersey region to provide cleaning services and operational support to medical offices and hospital facilities. The ideal candidate must be flexible with scheduling, willing to travel as needed, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Minimum Qualifications Authorized to work in the United StatesHigh school diploma or equivalentReliable transportationValid driver's licenseAbility to travel within the assigned region hospitals in Southern New Jersey areaAbility to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications Previous experience cleaning hospitals and medical officesPrevious property or building maintenance experienceExperience using commercial cleaning equipment and products Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areasPerform dusting, glass cleaning, trash removal, and supply restockingConduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot treatmentFollow company safety procedures and quality standardsTravel to client locations as assignedReport maintenance concerns or facility issues to managementCovering facilities during employee absencesPerforming project-based work Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies weighing 10 pounds or more regularlyAbility to bend, stretch, kneel, squat, climb stairs, and stand or walk for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift EEOC
