REGIONAL Class A Van Driver

About the role

Regional Class A Dry Van Driver position based in Germantown, WI, running routes to IL, IN, KY, OH, and MI, averaging approximately 2,800 miles per week. This is a Monday‑Friday schedule.

Pay

Drivers earn an average of $90,000–$110,000 per year, with a $7,500 sign‑on bonus available. Compensation includes hourly wages for all on‑duty non‑driving time plus mileage pay.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, weekly home time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting safely at all times
• Operate tractor‑trailer units and other vehicles
• Adhere to weight limits and ensure proper utilization of the units
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of hazardous and non‑hazardous waste; properly secure loads
• Placard vehicle in accordance with company and DOT requirements/regulations
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
