Regional Class A Van Driver

Regional route from Mason, MI to OH/KY/IL averaging 2600-2800 miles per week. Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off.

About the role

Drivers average $80,000–$110,000 per year. Compensation includes hourly wages for all on-duty non-driving time plus mileage pay. $7,500 sign-on bonus available. Weekly home time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Operate tractor-trailer units and other vehicles.
• Adhere to weight limits and ensure proper utilization of the units.
• Properly load, unload, and secure hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Placard vehicle in accordance with Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and regulations.
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports.

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software.
