Responsibilities

• Run dedicated routes that get you home on a regular schedule.
• Local, home‑daily routes available around Peoria, Bloomington, and Normal.
• Operate dry van with 100% no‑touch freight, minimizing dock time.
• Earn performance incentives for safety, efficiency, and reliability.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 6 months of CDL‑A driving experience.
• (Note: No experience required for positions in Normal, IL.)

Pay

• Earn up to $105,000 annually.
• Experienced drivers can earn up to $0.65 per mile.
• Base pay range: 43‑52 CPM (cents per mile).
• Choose between mileage or hourly pay.
• Shift differential pay available for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
• Performance incentives for safety, efficiency, and reliability.
• Pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change.
