Responsibilities

• Operate dry van, 100% no-touch freight.
• Maintain minimal dock time and consistent freight movement.
• Run dedicated routes (local and regional) that provide a regular schedule and get you home regularly.
• Adhere to safety, efficiency, and reliability standards to earn performance incentives.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 6+ months of CDL‑A driving experience.
• No experience required for positions in Normal, IL (as noted).

Pay

• Earn up to $105,000 annually.
• Experienced drivers earn up to $0.65 per mile with competitive base pay and performance incentives.
• Pay can be mileage or hourly; starting rate reflects your driving history.
• Base pay range: 43‑52 CPM.
• Performance incentives available for safety, efficiency, and reliability.

Schedule

• Dedicated lanes – local and regional openings.
• Local, home‑daily routes available around Peoria, Bloomington, and Normal.
• Regular schedule that gets you home on a consistent basis.
• Shift work available (2nd and 3rd shift) with differential pay.
