Responsibilities

• Operate dry van trucks with 100% no‑touch freight, minimizing dock time.
• Run dedicated, reliable lanes that provide a regular schedule and get you home regularly.
• Choose between local home‑daily routes (Peoria, Bloomington, Normal area) or regional dedicated lanes.
• Maintain safety, efficiency, and reliability to earn performance incentives.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6+ months of CDL‑A driving experience
• No experience required for positions in Normal, IL (as noted)

Pay

• Earn up to $105,000 annually*
• Experienced drivers earn up to $0.65 per mile with competitive base pay and performance incentives*
• Pay options: mileage or hourly, based on your experience
• Base pay range: 43‑52 CPM
• Additional earnings for safety, efficiency, and reliability

• Dedicated routes designed to get you home on a regular schedule
• Local home‑daily routes available around Peoria, Bloomington, and Normal
