Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to Area CMOs across multiple markets
- Ensure consistent execution of OCH principles and clinical standards
- Drive regional performance in quality, shared savings, and provider engagement
- Lead QAPI strategy and ensure regulatory compliance across facilities
- Align clinical operations with enterprise analytics, data, and strategic goals
- Drive QAPI accountability
- Reinforce best-practice adherence
- Align data, analytics, and operations to support enterprise goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and facility partners
- Cultivate a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and collaboration
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
- Active and unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s); DEA registration as required
- Minimum 8–10 years of clinical experience, with 5+ years in physician leadership
- Prior experience overseeing multi-market or multi-site clinical operations
- Demonstrated success in value-based care, shared savings programs, and quality improvement
- Experience mentoring physician executives and aligning clinical teams across geographies
