Regional CDL Delivery Driver (OTR Mon-Fri)
About the role
At EquipmentShare, we’re hiring a Regional CDL Delivery Driver based out of our rental facility in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves driving equipment to various locations and is part of a growing team committed to transforming the construction industry.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive company-owned equipment to rental locations across the region
- Ensure all equipment is delivered safely and on time
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support during deliveries
- Participate in regular safety meetings and follow all company policies
Requirements
- Valid CDL license
- Experience driving commercial vehicles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check and drug test (depending on the role)
Qualifications
- Proven ability to handle stress and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
- Good physical condition and manual dexterity
Skills
- Proficient in using company technology and software
- Excellent customer service skills

Pay
$20-$25 per hour, plus overtime pay after 40 hours per week. Overtime pay is subject to on-call scheduling and additional compensation.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional travel on weekdays. Overtime pay applies after 40 hours per week.
