What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end strategy planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact events, media opportunities, and self-serve expansion across a region, ensuring alignment with leadership, company goals, and stakeholder expectations
- Exercise independent judgement to resolve logistical or operational challenges that may arise during event planning and event execution, ensuring the proposed solution has Tesla’s best interest in mind
- Manage relationships with business partners, vendors, local media, and cross-functional teams to enhance event logistics, resources, and community engagement while driving regional growth
- Take ownership in negotiating with external stakeholders to bring opportunities to leadership that significantly propel Tesla in achieving our mission
- Monitor event KPIs, conduct post-event reviews, and implement data-driven insights to refine processes and scale successful regional strategies to drive market growth
- Become a leader in top-of-funnel initiatives in your region, providing strategy suggestions and insights to leadership to shape the regional growth curve
- Manage regional budgets and optimize resource allocation to support regional growth objectives
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or equivalent experience with 4+ years in demand generation or strategic program management
- Expertise in strategic planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation programs, with experience advising senior leadership
- Experience negotiating vendor partnerships and contracts with minimal oversight, and proficiency in budget management for scalable top-of-funnel growth programs
- 75% of the role is dedicated to strategic planning, stakeholder management, and budget optimization
- Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders
- A passion for Tesla's mission and understanding of the customer journey and sales cycle are highly recommended
- Advanced analytical skills to evaluate opportunities using data, trends, and tools to measure program effectiveness
