What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end strategy planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact events, media opportunities, and self-serve expansion across a region, ensuring alignment with leadership, company goals, and stakeholder expectations
  • Exercise independent judgement to resolve logistical or operational challenges that may arise during event planning and event execution ensuring the proposed solution has Tesla’s best interest in mind
  • Manage relationships with business partners, vendors, local media and cross-functional teams to enhance event logistics, resources, and community engagement while driving regional growth
  • Take ownership in negotiating with external stakeholders to bring opportunities to leadership that significantly propel Tesla in achieving our mission
  • Monitor event KPIs, conduct post-event reviews, and implement data-driven insights to refine processes and scale successful regional strategies to drive market growth
  • Become a leader in top-of-funnel initiatives in your region, providing strategy suggestions and insights to leadership to shape the regional growth curve
  • Manage regional budgets and optimize resource allocation to support regional growth objectives

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or equivalent experience with 4+ years in demand generation or strategic program management
  • Expertise in strategic planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation programs, with experience advising senior leadership
  • Experience negotiating vendor partnerships and contracts with minimal oversight, and proficiency in budget management for scalable top-of-funnel growth programs
  • 75% of the role is dedicated to strategic planning, stakeholder management, and budget optimization
  • Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders
  • A passion for Tesla's mission and understanding of the customer journey and sales cycle are highly recommended
  • Advanced analytical skills to evaluate opportunities using data, trends, and tools to measure program effectiveness

Expected Compensation

$88,000 - $156,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
