Regional Business Office Manager (SNF)

We’re looking for a Regional Business Office Manager to coach facility BOMs, drive process standardization, and ensure every business office in your region runs with precision and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and supervise Business Office Managers and BOAs across assigned facilities
- Conduct regular site visits (monthly) and touch-base meetings to monitor performance and provide hands-on support
- Drive consistency by implementing revenue cycle processes, including Triple Check, CSSR, and month-end close routines
- Partner with facility leadership during exit reports, performance discussions, and strategic planning
- Absorb and assist with recruiting, hiring, and performance management of business office personnel
- Participate in annual RCM strategic planning and monthly performance review meetings
- Maintain software setups for new facilities and users, ensuring smooth operational transitions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a facility Business Office Manager role within a SNF or healthcare setting
- Deep understanding of skilled nursing revenue cycle, billing processes, and month-end close
- Proven ability to train, coach, and hold teams accountable across multiple locations
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays as needed
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Nice to have: Master’s degree
- Nice to have: Experience rolling out process standardization initiatives across facilities

Pay
$95,000 – $110,000 per year
Schedule
Travel within USA required (overnight may be needed)
